The Web Slide Exercise Rail System is actually comprised of several components depending on which system you purchase. Each system is comprised of 3 Web Slide Exercise Rails either in Stainless Steel or Zinc Plated Steel. Some systems also contain a Storage Rack, a selection of ExerBand Tubing, and accessories. Please see specific product listings to see which items are included. Please see ExerBand FAQs.
Yes, you can look at our Home Station (item 936) or Economy Gym (item 937)
All pieces of the larger system can be purchased as individual items so you can design something that works for you and your available space.
There are EZ Lock Safety Slides (#906) provided with each Exercise Rail. They’re placed at the open end of the rail once the anchor strap (item 542 or 543) has been placed into the rail.
Please call 800-544-7257 x280 or email info@prepakproducts.com to get replacement Safety Slides sent to you.
Each system will come with mounting instructions that need to be followed. The rails must be mounted to a stud or to a concrete wall for secure use. Appropriate hardware is included with each rail.
Each Rail must be secured to a wall stud (wood or metal) or to concrete. Appropriate hardware is included with each rail. Choose where you want your rail to start. Typically, the bottom rail begins just above any molding or wall trim. Place it on the wall over the stud and mark the mounting holes. Pre-drill holes if necessary. Place the rail back on the wall and screw the three screws in securely. Place the middle Rail on top repeat. Finish with the top Rail. See the installation form here for more specific information
Each section is 6 x 28” with 5 anchor points.
No these can be purchased individually (#908 or 909).
No, these can be placed in many different configurations as you need. You just need to make sure each rail is secured to a wall stud.
These are where you secure your Ez Lock Safety Slides. They lock your Web anchor straps into the slot for safety. Safety Slides are included with each Exercise Rail in the hardware packet. If you don’t receive them, please contact 800-544-7525.
That is the “escape hole” for dropped Safety Slides. Sometimes the Safety Slides get pushed into the slots too far and drop behind the Exercise Rail. Generally, they will fall to the bottom where you can pull them out.
The Storage Rack provides a place to keep all of your resistance tubing and Web Slide accessories.
Both Stainless Steel and Zinc Plated Steel storage racks are manufactured to the same standards. Both are 16-gauge steel.
Each Storage Rack is 24” long with a 2” deep trough to store additional exercise equipment. There are 16 slots to hold web-strap equipment.
Secure Storage Rack to the wall with included hardware. If mounting to drywall place the Rack on the wall and mark the three screw holes. Remove Rack and pre-drill anchors. Place Rack on wall and screw into anchors.
If you use tubing, bands, or pulleys for rehab, the Web Slide Exercise Rail System is a must have. I’m enthusiastically recommending it to colleagues.
