Refund policy

With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Prepak Products within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.

 

• After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied
• After 60 days, a 25% restocking free will be applied
• No returns accepted after 90 days
• Custom ordered items are non-returnable
