Unauthorized Products

PrePak Products has manufactured therapist-designed rehabilitation tools since 1986. The Home Ranger® Shoulder Pulley, Free-Up® Massage Cream, Web Slide® Exercise Rail System, and ExerBand line are each produced to strict quality and safety standards.

When products are sold through unauthorized channels — third-party marketplace listings, gray-market importers, or resellers not authorized by PrePak — those quality guarantees disappear. Unauthorized products may have been stored improperly, repackaged, diluted, or counterfeited entirely.

For rehabilitation products used in clinical and home recovery settings, that difference matters.

No Warranty Coverage
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by PrePak's warranty. Defects, damages, or quality issues cannot be resolved through PrePak.
Improper Storage & Handling
Massage creams and topical products like Free-Up® require proper temperature-controlled storage. Unauthorized sellers cannot guarantee these conditions were maintained.
Counterfeit & Repackaged Goods
Counterfeit PrePak products exist in the market. Products may be refilled, relabeled, or manufactured to look like genuine PrePak items but fail to meet our material or safety standards.
Below-MAP Pricing is a Red Flag
