Developed in 1985, PrePak Products’ Home Ranger® Shoulder Pulley revolutionized the healing process for both surgical patients and patients with shoulder injuries. To assure the quality you deserve, it undergoes a rigorous 20-step quality control process and is available in its original form with an over-the-door web strap and ergonomic handles, or with assisted grip handles and a stainless-steel bracket for door attachment.

We now also offer a Home Ranger® Knee Pulley, which assists range of motion knee exercises along with providing pain relief (via “distraction”) for knee replacement and knee osteoarthritis patients.
