Overview

This versatile tubing set is great for single-arm resistance exercises and allows you to simulate exercises performed on cable weight machines. These tubes be used anchored in a door jamb or with the Web Slide Exercise Rail System. Latex tubing has a handle on one end and a "Rubber-Saddle" anchor strap on the other to secure it to a door jamb or in the Web Slide Exercise Rail. Includes 1 tube of each resistance level with anchor strap and handle.

 

Resistance Levels:

  • Orange - Medium
  • Green - Heavy
  • Purple - Extra Heavy
  • Black - Special Heavy
  • Dark Green - Super Heavy
